Wangbar Launch Rock-Paper-Scissors Viral Game
10th April 2009
Dundee based Interactive Media company Wangbar today launched a secret viral web game aimed at getting organisations to compete against one another in a brutal but spectacularly fun version of “Rock Paper Scissors”.
Starting at 4pm, the game provided 15 minutes of fierce competition between representatives from companies such as the BBC, Scottish Enterprise and Interactive Tayside - all determined to ‘win’ the game and clame the mysterious prize up for grabs!
Wangbar Director Ewan Smith stated “we recieved a high volume of traffic to our site within a short period of time”.
“The game was a great success and most importantly, people found it fun” Smith continued.
We also heard that Wangbar may be planning to run this game again! We couldn’t think of a better way to spend our Good Friday afternoon so keep an eye on DundeeLiving and the Wangbar website for more details!
Thanks again to Wangbar for inviting us!
